If the Bruins win a preseason game, and no stats are kept, does it really count?
I just logged online to see how the Bruins did in tonight’s preseason game (I know I’m desperate) and saw they won 6-1 (sweet) but thought the NHL would at least have some statisticians on site for these games. ESPN, nhl.com, nothing. Just a score. Apparently Spooner scored twice is all I could find.
I still don’t get why the NHL can’t televise these games, especially with the season right around the corner. Why can’t NESN or NESN+ pick it up. Or why can’t they just have an intern get us some game stats.
Come on NHL! (That was both in excitement for the upcoming season and also a plea to get it together)
